FLY DANCE COMPETITION 2027 STUDIO APPRECIATION CRUISE PROGRAM

PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

At FLY Dance Competition, we are incredibly grateful for the studios, dancers, teachers, and families who support our events each season. As part of our commitment to showing appreciation to our studio partners, FLY has established the 2027 Studio Appreciation Cruise Program.

Through this program, FLY intends to provide up to twenty-seven (27) complimentary cruise packages to participating studios as a gesture of appreciation for their continued support and involvement with FLY Dance Competition.

 

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

Studios that participate in FLY Dance Competition regional events during the 2027 season and remain in good standing with FLY may be considered for the Studio Appreciation Cruise Program. A minimum of ten (10) registered regional routines is required for consideration.

 

APPRECIATION FACTORS

FLY may consider a variety of participation factors when determining appreciation awards, including but not limited to:

• Regional routine count

• Early registration and deposit activity

• Studio growth from previous seasons

• Referrals of new participating studios

• Participation in FLY Nationals

• Long-term support of FLY Dance Competition

• Overall engagement with FLY programs and events

The participation levels described in promotional materials are intended solely as guidelines to recognize and reward studio involvement.

 

NATIONALS PARTICIPATION

Studios that submit a Nationals deposit and participate in FLY Nationals may receive additional consideration within the Studio Appreciation Program.

 

APPRECIATION AWARDS

FLY currently anticipates awarding up to twenty-seven (27) complimentary cruise packages.

Each awarded package is expected to include:

• One (1) three-night cruise for 2 people in a shared cabin

• Ocean-view accommodations

Specific cruise details, sailing dates, cruise line, itinerary, accommodations, and travel arrangements may be modified by FLY or the travel provider at any time.

 

SELECTION OF RECIPIENTS

Recipients will be selected solely by FLY in its discretion as part of this customer appreciation initiative.

Participation in FLY events does not guarantee receipt of an appreciation award.

All decisions regarding recipients, eligibility, participation factors, and award distribution shall be made by FLY and are final.

 

NON-TRANSFERABILITY

Cruise packages have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other compensation unless required by law.

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Recipients and guests are responsible for obtaining any required travel documents, identification, passports, insurance, and other travel-related requirements.

Unless specifically stated otherwise by FLY, recipients are responsible for transportation to and from the departure port, gratuities, onboard purchases, excursions, travel insurance, government fees, taxes, and any other expenses not expressly included in the cruise package.

 

MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

FLY reserves the right to modify, suspend, substitute, or discontinue this program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to changes in availability, travel restrictions, supplier issues, economic conditions, force majeure events, or operational considerations.

FLY may substitute any appreciation award with an award of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in FLY events and accepting any appreciation award, studios, recipients, and guests agree to release and hold harmless FLY Dance Competition, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, travel providers, cruise operators, and related parties from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the program or use of any appreciation award.

 

PUBLICITY

Recipients authorize FLY to use the studio name, city, photographs, testimonials, and related promotional materials in connection with announcing and promoting the Studio Appreciation Program without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

 

GENERAL

This program is intended solely as a voluntary customer appreciation initiative. It is not an earned benefit, contractual entitlement, rebate, refund, or guaranteed reward.

FLY reserves the exclusive right to interpret and administer these terms and all related program materials.
